What a ride it’s been. Who’d have thought that when Warnock sent you to the City Ground that he’d made the greatest mistake of his career. One of England’s brightest. An inspiration. Instrumental in our against-the-odds journey back to the Premier League. Having had my first season ticket the year of our relegation from the Premiership, I can safely say I haven’t seen raw talent quite like it. I’ve never seen a loan player leave with legendary status. Never seen a loanee become ‘one of our own’. Nottingham’s adopted son. Dynamite personified. I hope you carry the love of Forest fans wherever you go. It’s been a hell of a journey.
